Ingredients
- -1 ripe frozen banana,
- -Half a cup frozen blueberries,
- -1 cup unsweetened Almond milk,
- -1 pitted date
- -A dash of cinnamon..
- -And a blender..
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender,
- Blend, until smooth
- Pour in desired glass.
- Top with sliced almonds..
- Enjoy..
- This recipe does not need sugar because the banana adds such sweetness to it and so does the date..
