Blueberries are a rich source of Antioxidants, which are essential to optimizing health by helping to combat the free radicals that can damage cell structures as well as DNA. And it's advised that blueberries be consumed raw instead of processed or cooked.

INGREDIENTS.
1/4 cup of frozen Blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup or 3 large frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup of frozen Blueberries

DIRECTIONS.
. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until desired texture.
. Serve immediately.

- The reason i use frozen fruits is because i love the texture i get without having to add ice,
- I also make this recipe with different types of fruits , so feel free to make this with your favourite fruits.

- you can also add sweeteners, i don't because the fruits are naturally sweet.

DeleteYou can also add raw Channa. That's what I also use. There is also a smoothie using raw ochre and almond milk.
